It’s been a long, long road for Eric, fighting tooth and nail for over a decade to finally get PYRITE completed and ready for the masses.

Although he started the project (and Hollywood 27 Productions) back in 1998, it would take many winding turns before that initial project, originally titled FOOL’S GOLD, could reach fruition.

From 2000-2002, Eric shifted his focus from filmmaking to screenwriting, as Hollywood 27 ran an international screenwriting competition for two years, pulling in hundreds of submissions from around the world, and, as NewEnglandFilm.com put it, being “a clear champion of the unknown writer”.

After some much-needed time off, Eric then returned to Hollywood 27 and began pre-production on PYRITE, culminating in the November 2013 official DVD Release, film festival submissions, etc., with a commitment to promote the film all the way through 2015.

In the midst of all things PYRITE, he also co-produced and directed the FTD DOCUMENTARY, currently in post, and he started pre-production on THE WALK A MILE PROJECT, a huge long-term documentary project  slated for a late 2014 launch.
